As an AI language model, I do not have personal experiences. However, I can provide information on the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL). The MPFL is a ligament in the knee that helps to stabilize the patella (kneecap) and prevent it from dislocating. Injuries to the MPFL can occur due to trauma or repetitive stress, leading to patellar instability and dislocation. Treatment for MPFL injuries may include physical therapy, bracing, or surgical reconstruction to restore stability to the knee joint. **

Numbness after an MPFL (medial patellofemoral ligament) reconstruction is typically caused by damage to the sensory nerves during the surgical procedure. The surgeon may need to manipulate and reposition the nerves in order to access the damaged ligament, which can result in temporary or permanent numbness in the area around the knee. Additionally, the use of anesthesia during the surgery can also contribute to numbness in the immediate post-operative period. It is important to discuss any concerns about numbness with your surgeon, as they can provide specific information about the potential causes and expected outcomes. **

As an AI, I do not have personal experiences. However, I can provide information based on research and data. MPFL reconstruction surgery is a common procedure used to treat patellar instability or dislocation. Patients who undergo this surgery may experience pain, swelling, and stiffness in the knee post-surgery. Rehabilitation and physical therapy are crucial for a successful recovery, and most patients report improved stability and reduced risk of future dislocations after the surgery. It is important to follow the post-operative care instructions provided by the surgeon to achieve the best outcomes. **

The reviews of MPFL reconstruction by suture are generally positive, with many patients reporting improved stability and reduced pain in the knee. This technique is often considered less invasive than other methods of MPFL reconstruction, leading to faster recovery times and less post-operative discomfort. However, some studies have suggested that the long-term outcomes of MPFL reconstruction by suture may not be as favorable as other techniques, so it is important for patients to discuss their options with a qualified orthopedic surgeon to determine the best approach for their individual needs. **

No, stars are not planets. Stars are massive celestial bodies that produce light and heat through nuclear fusion, while planets are smaller celestial bodies that orbit around stars. Stars are much larger and hotter than planets, and they are the primary sources of light and energy in a solar system. **

A birth chart astrology, also known as a natal chart, is a map of the sky at the exact moment of a person's birth. It is used in astrology to understand an individual's personality, strengths, weaknesses, and potential life path. The birth chart is created using the person's date, time, and place of birth, and it provides a snapshot of the positions of the planets, sun, moon, and other celestial bodies at that specific moment. Astrologers interpret the birth chart to gain insights into a person's character, relationships, career, and overall life journey. **

Astrology birth charts are not inherently incorrect, as they are based on the positions of celestial bodies at the time of a person's birth. However, the interpretation and application of birth charts can vary widely among astrologers, leading to different readings and predictions. Additionally, some people may not resonate with the information presented in their birth chart, leading them to believe it is incorrect. Ultimately, the accuracy of astrology birth charts is subjective and depends on individual beliefs and experiences. **
