This could include the individuals or companies who engaged in fraudulent activities, such as submitting false information or manipulating the bidding process. The municipality may also have some responsibility to conduct due diligence and ensure the integrity of the contracting process, so there could be some liability on the part of the municipality as well. Ultimately, the specific circumstances of the fraud and the actions of the parties involved would determine where the liability lies. **

A birth chart astrology, also known as a natal chart, is a map of the sky at the exact moment of a person's birth. It is used in astrology to understand an individual's personality, strengths, weaknesses, and potential life path. The birth chart is created using the person's date, time, and place of birth, and it provides a snapshot of the positions of the planets, sun, moon, and other celestial bodies at that specific moment. Astrologers interpret the birth chart to gain insights into a person's character, relationships, career, and overall life journey. **

However, the interpretation and application of birth charts can vary widely among astrologers, leading to different readings and predictions. Additionally, some people may not resonate with the information presented in their birth chart, leading them to believe it is incorrect. Ultimately, the accuracy of astrology birth charts is subjective and depends on individual beliefs and experiences. **
